Sorare First ‘Manager Power Hour’ — Saturday 10th October, 21.00 CET
Starting next week in Sorare we are going to have Daily Power Hours, so, this has inspired me to trial a Personal Power Hour of sales from my own collection — tomorrow!
Whilst I only have a modest Twitter following, I can sense there is some healthy interest from those I chat with about getting access to more fairly priced cards and my aim with this experiment is:
- To distribute fairly priced cards to new and upcoming Sorare managers
- Test a different method of sales (using Twitch)
I want to first make this clear that this is not a ‘charity’ event. I have personal motivations also behind trialling this and any deals that are done will only happen if I’m in agreement with prices.
Depending on whether this format works, I would also be interested in running similar auction sessions using other managers cards as well — so this could yet evolve to becoming more inclusive to a lot more managers wishing to buy and sell this way.
How will this work — how can I join?

You are cordially invited to join and I’ll simply go through the cards one by one and invite bids/offers in the open chat or by direct message on Twitter (if you prefer to remain anonymous)
If we agree on a price, I’ll mark it up and I will allow up to 48 hours for settlement by Direct Offer only on the platform. (Sorry, no offers via Paypal or with other crypto offerings as payment!).
I like one of the cards — do I count as a New Manager?!
In the notes section, I’ve purposely added things like Fixed Price — must go to a New Manager and this really is the aim. Older managers joining will hopefully confirm that some cards are very competitively priced and I don’t want to part with cards to managers with 100+ cards just because they’ve spotted a bargain. If they aren’t in my opinion going to a Manager that can benefit from them, I’ll simply keep.
Please explain the Guide Price
The Guide Price is exactly this — it is the price I would probably accept and I wanted to include this so you have time to research in advance rather than put everything as zero and then run the risk of wasted attempts with numbers that really don’t make sense.
There might be occasions where I will accept under, but it is unlikely. Conversely, if I’m offered a figure over the Guide Price I will almost certainly accept. But, this is not set in stone, its designed to be fluid and I’ll assess on a card by card basis + take into consideration how other sales have gone before hand.

If this has any chance of taking off, I’d be extremely grateful if you could spread the word on Social Media that this is taking place. Maybe you have friends that play FootballIndex or Footstock but have yet to find their way over to Sorare.
